"Speaking to my heart - writing through my hands"
This is the lifelong mantra of Jeaninne Stokes, inspirational author, speaker and educator who answered the call to write for ministry and publication in 2002. After stepping away from her career to pursue a career as a professional writer, she launched her writing and bible-teaching ministry with the mission to " inspire, equip and empower others to grow and mature in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ." (Ephesians 4:12,13)
Jeaninne lives out her calling as a Christian writer and Bible-teacher in a variety of ways. As a writer, she has published three books: Living by Faith: A Collection of Inspirational Poetry, Lessons from the Wilderness: Beginning, preparing for and surviving the journey to write for publication, and Baileyisms: Inspirational Quips and Quotes for living the Christian life. She also writes a social issues commentary blog called Sharing my Perspective and is currently working on two new books: A coloring book of inspirational poetry and a second edition of her devotional for writers.
Beside her love of writing and teaching God's word, Jeaninne is passionate about helping aspiring authors answer their call to write for ministry and publication. She accomplishes this by teaching workshops and seminars to help aspiring Christian authors prepare to write and publish. She also provides personal author coaching and writes a devotional blog for aspiring Christian writers.
Jeaninne is a graduate of the University of North Texas and Texas Christian University and holds a degree in Business and Education, respectively. Her future goals include completing a Masters in Theology degree. She resides with her family in the Arlington, Texas., home of the Dallas Cowboys of which she is an avid fan.
